Carpentry Foreman
Responsibilities

looking for a high quality finish carpenter. We are a company that specializes in interior finish carpentry.Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
· Minimum 4 years
· Truck, tools, knowledge in related materials. - Skills & Knowledge:
Experience in architectural design and working from plans
Ability to deal with high end clients and having a professional appearance.
Experience with smartphone technology (e.g. iPhone, Blackberry, Android operating systems).Organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and overcome problems
Self-motivated
Detail-orientedJob Functions:
Installation of doors, mouldings, cabinetry and woodwork in general
Ability to work extra hours and weekends as necessary. - Job Type: Full-time
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Carpentry Experience: 3-5 years
- Knowledge of modern resource calculation methods.
- Clean Driving Record
- Experienced carpentry, siding, gutters, window wraps and all around general construction knowledge.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and other personnel.
Conditions
- Work location – Southern Chester County Pennsylvania and surrounding areas
- Independent Contractor with 35-40+/hrs per week of work
